Alicia joined Coughlin Insurance Services in February 2025 as a Personal Lines Assistant, where she plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. She assists with processing endorsements, quoting policies, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Her attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction make her a valuable asset to the team.

Alicia holds an Associate’s degree in Information Technology and is a licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) professional. Her technical knowledge and industry expertise allow her to navigate complex insurance processes efficiently.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys cooking and baking and can often be found on the golf course playing a round with her husband. A passionate traveler, she loves visiting Cabo and soaking up its beautiful scenery. At home, she and her husband share their lives with Rex, their loyal dog, and Subie, their playful cat.
