Liz joined Coughlin Insurance Services in May 2026 as a Personal Lines Assistant. She supports our Personal Lines account managers with the day-to-day work that keeps client policies moving, including endorsements, quoting, billing, and billing questions.

Liz holds her Property & Casualty (P&C) license and brings more than 17 years of experience in personal insurance. She has worked on both the agency side and the claims side, which gives her a full view of how a policy performs when a client actually needs it.
