Lisa joined Coughlin Insurance Services in March 2025 as a Senior Account Executive for Personal Lines, where she services a dedicated book of business and assists clients with all their insurance needs. Her comprehensive approach ensures clients receive personalized attention and solutions tailored to their unique requirements.

Lisa holds Property & Casualty, Life & Health Licenses, as well as the prestigious ACSR designation. Her educational background includes Northeast High School in Pasadena, MD and studies at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, MD.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending summer months at her "Happy Place" in Ocean City, MD. She loves watching Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles games with her grown children. An avid cruiser, Lisa recently returned from the US Virgin Islands and tries to cruise at least twice a year.

Lisa has been married to her husband Dan for 10 years in their second marriage. She is mother to Courtney (31) who lives locally and Jeremy (28) who lives in Florida, stepmother to Danielle (32) and Dayna (29), and proud grandmother to 10-year-old Sadie. At home, Lisa shares her life with Jovie Leigh, a 4-year-old Black Lab/Border Collie rescue.
