Odeyda Matos joined Coughlin Insurance Services in July 2024 as a Commercial Lines Account Executive, where she independently manages her own book of business. She handles all aspects of client service including processing renewals, remarketing policies, quoting new business, managing policy changes, and issuing certificates and ID cards. Her comprehensive approach extends to billing management for Agency Bill accounts and coordinating premium financing options when needed.

Odeyda holds a Property & Casualty Producer License and brings a strong educational foundation from her high school and college studies. Her attention to detail and commitment to client service make her an integral part of the Coughlin team.

Outside of work, Odeyda enjoys long walks with the Maltipoo she named "Babie", reading, cooking, and watching movies. She treasures time spent traveling, particularly to the Dominican Republic and Canada, and values visits with her family. As the youngest of four siblings, Odeyda is a devoted single parent to her 27-year-old son and 17-year-old daughter.
