April Rowe joined the company in April 2025, bringing her passion for the insurance industry and dedication to exceptional client service. As Senior Account Executive for Personal Lines, she ensures clients receive the utmost response to all their unique insurance needs, providing personalized attention to detail that guarantees appropriate coverages without gaps. A graduate of Kaplan University with a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Business Management, April holds Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, along with her CISR designation.

Outside of work, April is a devoted Cincinnati Bengals fan, still waiting for that Super Bowl win. She cherishes time with her wife of 10 years and their special needs daughter, who has non-verbal autism and is the center of their world. As huge advocates of the autism community, they spend many days volunteering within the community. The family enjoys taking long drives in their Jeep with the top down and wind in their hair. Their two energetic Dachshunds keep them on their toes—never a dull moment with these two. One of April's most memorable travel experiences was performing with her high school marching band in Moscow, Russia.
